We’re Hiring! Manager Needed for New Spa Salon in Leeds

Do you want to come on board with one of the leading hair and beauty companies in the UK? We’re recruiting for a Salon Manager for a new location in Leeds. With fantastic benefits and development, it’s a brilliant career move for an experienced manager.

Located in the exciting new John Lewis store in Leeds, &Beauty is a stylish new spa salon offering indulgent hair and beauty services. A partnership between John Lewis and Regis, we are now recruiting for skilled, professional hair and beauty experts – primarily, an experienced Spa Manager.

We are looking for someone to:

– Drive the salon business

– Grow the guest database and achieve set targets

– Manage and motivate a team

– Ensure the team and front of house staff offer the best customer service possible

– Make sure the staff are allocated the correct workload for their skills

– Ensure client satisfaction is maintained and treatments are of a consistently high standard

Skills and Attributes

– Ability to use your initiative when undertaking decision making

– Exemplary organisational skills including timekeeping and keeping records

– Team leadership qualities i.e. being a good motivational speaker and example setter to the rest of your staff during team meetings and one to one discussions

– Excellent knowledge of the hairdressing industry and an up to date skill set

– Good people skills

– Excellent cash handing skills

– Willingness to work flexible hours

– Exceptional customer care skills
