Regis Portsmouth Raises Money for Great Ormond Street Hospital
Over two days at the beginning of this month, our Regis Salon in Portsmouth took it upon themselves to fight the good fight and raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. The Portsmouth salon stylists had been cutting and colouring hair for free in the window of the Commercial Road Debenhams store in an push to raise money for the hospital. Customers were also invited to take part in a free raffle in which the prizes included products from GHD, Redken and Glam.
“It was a successful day”, confirmed salon manager Bonnie Kemsley. “We received great interest and support from the public and most importantly gained a lot of awareness for the cause.” The event also saw the Lady Mayoress of Portsmouth Patricia Jonas and Olympic torchbearer Cathy Holc-Thompson in attendance.
