Step 1 – Cleanse | Tone
Wash your face twice daily to remove dirt, debris, makeup, dead skin cells and accumulated oils. Use toner – no more than twice a day – to restore skin’s pH and prepare it for the next step.

Step 2 – Treat | Repair
This is the most important step of every skincare regime. Use as instructed to repair existing damage and optimise the health of your skin so it can defend itself against further injury. This includes both topical and internal supplement care.

Step 3 – Hydrate | Protect
Apply a moisturiser to replenish and restore your skin. Be sure to use a sunscreen every day, regardless of your activities or the weather.
