Beyoncé and Destiny’s Child at The Superbowl

We were glued to our TV sets into the early hours of this morning just to get a glimpse of Beyoncé’s much anticipated take on the Superbowl HalfTime Show. Of course, Queen Bey didn’t disappoint, and with a little help from her best girls delivered an explosive show.

Artistic Director at Regis, Chris Tilley, gives his take on the show and the style –

“It’s been 10 years since they wrote “Bootylicious” and I have to say Destiny’s child’s Kelly, Beyonce and Michelle proved that they still have it, in their figure hugging leather leotards. And their hair has grown up to match, with all three of the girls keeping bang up to date with their looks.

Beyoncé looked amazing with her favourite honey blonde highlights styled beautifully into loose waves. Easily recreated with a curling wand or even some sleep in rollers.

Both Kelly and Michelle looked to be sporting ombré, keeping the trend alive for 2013. Kelly’s dark hair flowing into a darker caramel blonde, while Michelle opted for a more subtle warmth of a darker chestnut. Both girls had really glossy conditioned hair, giving an extra boost of envious style.

For us, movement and texture were the winning combination of the night.  You can easily make natural movement like Kelly’s and Michelle’s with clever use of styling products after a loose waves blow dry or set. Design line texture tussle is great to give natural texture and movement while maintaining the gloss and shine of the hair.”

Did you tune in to catch the reunion? Let us know what you thought of the looks.
