Where is my order?

You can view you Regis online orders in My Orders section under My Account. If your order was to be delivered by courier then you will have been provided with a Tracking Reference in your Despatch Confirmation email .

Can I cancel my order

To cancel an order please contact Regis Customer Services. If we have already despatched you order and taken payment you will need to follow the Returns Policy to return the order and receive a refund.

What times are you salons open?

All of salons have different opening times, however are open long hours to accommodate our guests. To find the opening times for your local salon, please visit the salon locator page

Can I book online

Of course! You can book your service quickly and easily via our website, visit your local salon page and click, book now! Alternatively, please call your salon to book your appointment.

Can I get student discount?

Of course! If you are currently a student at a UK University or College, you can take advantage of our student offers. This includes 20% off any salon service over £70
